 Rudi Daems has over 20 years of experience in public policy, corporate strategy and international management with leading organizations in the global health care sector mainly in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences industry. He has acted as chair of various industry-association committees and represented the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in public private partnerships with the WHO, World Bank, EU Commission, G8 Governments and NGOs. Dr. Daems earned his PhD at Maastricht University's School of Economics and Business Administration in the Netherlands, and his BS/MS degrees at Brussels University's School of Sciences in Belgium. He completed The Wharton School's Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
